  Thermodyn Corporation has developed an easy to apply, quick drying, flexible rubber coating made with VITON®. This patented product is easily applied with a brush, roller or airless sprayer, right out of the re-sealable can. That means no mixing and no expensive VITON® waste. THP-1000 offers superior corrosion control and surface protection in virtually all environments. THP-1000 is based on VITON® Fluoroelastomer and is produced in conjunction with DuPont Dow Elastomers—Global leaders in sealing technology. THP-1000 will outperform all other FKM coatings available today. THP-1000 Fluorodyn Coating made with VITON® resists virtually all acids and hydrocarbons, including Nitric, Sulfuric and Hydrochloric Acids. THP-1000 made with VITON® also resists Aliphatic, Aromatic and Halogenated Hydrocarbons, Hot Oil, Hot Acid, Hot Water, Steam and Heat up to 450°F. Fluorodyn Coatings are impervious to Ozone and U.V. Light. THP-1000 made with VITON® is the ideal coating for containment of Chemicals, Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Kerosene, Jet Fuels, Oils and Antifreeze that may be spilled or leaked from primary or secondary containment systems and absorbed into the substrate, resulting in expensive environmental clean up.
